At the Injective Foundation, together with all of the Injective Foundation’s respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, consultants, agents, attorneys, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, and successors, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and attorneys are collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy hereafter as “we”, “our”, or “us”, we respect and protect your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information gathered through our site at https://injective.com/ (“Site”). It also describes your rights and choices with respect to your information, and how you can contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Regardless of where our servers are located, your personal data may be processed by us in the United States, where data protection and privacy regulations may or may not be to the same level of protection as in other parts of the world. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU UNEQUIVOCALLY AND UNAMBIGUOUSLY CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING IN THE UNITED STATES OF ANY INFORMATION COLLECTED OR OBTAINED BY US THROUGH VOLUNTARY SUBMISSIONS, AND, TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE, THAT U.S. LAW GOVERNS ANY SUCH COLLECTION AND PROCESSING.

We use Personal Information we collect through the Site as necessary for the following purposes:

  • Providing the Services. We use Personal Information to operate, maintain, and provide features of the Site.

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, or any third party operating any site or service to which the Services link. The inclusion of a link on the Services does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates. We use certain physical, organizational, and technical safeguards that are designed to maintain the integrity and security of information that we collect. 7. Use of Services by Minors

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of Eighteen (18), and we request that they not provide personal information through the Services. If you learn that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information in violation of this Privacy Policy, then you may alert us at privacy@injective.foundation .

8. Storage and Retention

If you are using the Service from outside of the USA, you understand that your connection may be through and to servers located in the USA, and the information you provide may be securely stored in our servers and internal systems located within the USA.

We take measures to delete your Personal Information or keep it in a form that does not permit identifying you when this information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process it, unless we are required or permitted by law to keep this information for a longer period. When determining the specific retention period, we take into account various criteria, such as the type of Services provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, and mandatory retention periods provided by law and the relevant statute of limitations.

9. California Privacy Rights

California law allows California residents to request information regarding our disclosures in the prior calendar year, if any, of their personally identifiable information to third parties. To make such a request, please contact us at privacy@injective.foundation with "Request for Privacy Information" in the subject line. Please include enough detail for us to locate your file; at a minimum, your name, email, and username, if any. We will attempt to provide you with the requested information within thirty (30) days of receipt. We reserve our right not to respond to requests sent more than once in a calendar year, or requests submitted to an address other than the one posted in this notice. Please note that this law does not cover all information sharing. Our disclosure only includes information covered by the law.

10. Nevada Privacy Rights

If you are a Nevada resident, we do not “sell” your “covered information” as such terms are defined in the Nevada Privacy of Information Collected on the Internet from Consumers Act as amended by Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A (“Nevada Privacy Law” or “NPL”). Though we do not sell your covered information, as someone that is subject to the NPL, you have a right of access in relation to the covered information of yours that we have or process, including why we process it, and other parties with whom we may share such information. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy became effective. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the Services or by sending you an email or other communication. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy periodically to stay up-to-date about our privacy practices. Your use and access of the Site following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
