INJECTIVE SUMMIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sponsor

The sponsor ("Sponsor") of The Injective Summit ("Summit") is the Injective Foundation.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions

By registering for and/or attending the Injective Summit, you ("You", "you", or "Your") agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor.

How to Attend

The Summit is open to those who register at [Insert Link].

Rights Granted by the Attendees

By attending the Summit, You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, Your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), statements about the Summit, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Sponsor's Rights

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Summit at any time. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any individual from attending the Summit.

Limitation of Liability and Release

By registering for and/or attending the Summit, You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, attorneys, contractors, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (all of the foregoing are collectively "Releasees") from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) Your participation in and attendance of the Summit; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Summit; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Summit; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; or (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of the Summit or any portion of the Summit. For the avoidance of doubt, Releasees include Injective Labs Inc. and each of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, attorneys, contractors, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASEES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES THAT MAY BE CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SUMMIT.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SPONSOR DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SUMMIT OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SUMMIT.

Disputes

This Summit is governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By registering for and/or attending the Summit, You agree that any and all disputes relating to the Summit that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Summit, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the Cayman Islands. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and You hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with attending the Summit). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering for and/or attending the Summit, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy of the Summit.

General

The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend or change or cancel the Summit at any time and for any reasons without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions are subject to amendment at any time, including the rights or obligations of You and the Sponsor. The Sponsor will post any amendments hereto on the Summit's website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any amendment will become effective at the time specified in the posting of the amendment or, if no time is specified, at the time of posting.
