The Injective Nova Program Final Demo Day recently concluded with great success, marking a significant milestone for AI and Web3 innovation. Co-hosted by Injective, Microsoft, and Web3Labs, the program brought together some of the brightest minds across the global developer community to explore the convergence of artificial intelligence and decentralized networks.
Over the course of several months, the program attracted an impressive number of participants from all over the world. From initial applications to the final stage, the initiative showcased the immense potential of combining AI agents, onchain infrastructure, and real world use cases. Let’s take a closer look at the journey and the standout projects that emerged from this exciting program.
Overview
The Injective Nova Program generated remarkable participation across the board:
- 89 submissions
- 10+ countries
- 1M+ impressions
- 30+ ecosystem partners
The program was designed to empower developers and provide them with the tools, resources, and mentorship needed to turn ambitious ideas into real products. From the very beginning, the initiative was focused on nurturing the next generation of AI native builders within the Injective ecosystem.
From Application to Final Pitch
The program kicked off with a global call for submissions, attracting projects from China, the United States, Singapore, India, and many other regions. After a rigorous selection process, the Top 10 finalists were announced on July 10, 2026.

On July 16, these teams were invited to an exclusive closed door session at Microsoft Beijing Headquarters. This visit gave them access to Microsoft’s AI and cloud infrastructure, as well as direct technical guidance from industry experts. It was a unique opportunity for builders to engage with a global technology leader and deepen their understanding of how AI and Web3 can work together.
Final Demo Day in Hangzhou

On July 25, the Top 10 teams took the stage in Hangzhou to present their projects in front of a live audience of blockchain experts, AI developers, venture capitalists, and ecosystem partners. Each team delivered a pitch that demonstrated the depth of their technical execution, product vision, and alignment with the Injective ecosystem.
The judging panel evaluated each project based on three main criteria:
- Innovation and technical complexity
- Commercial viability and go to market potential
- Synergy with the Injective ecosystem
After a full day of presentations and deliberation, the top three teams were officially announced.
Top 3 Winning Teams
The winning teams demonstrated exceptional creativity and execution. Each of the top three projects addressed real world challenges while leveraging the unique capabilities of Injective and Microsoft’s AI infrastructure.
1st Place: Maneki AI

Maneki AI is an explainable and user-controlled autonomous trading platform for on-chain perpetual markets. Users can create AI trading agents based on their goals, capital size and risk preferences, while each agent continuously analyzes price action, volume, open interest, funding rates and account positions to generate decisions, perform risk checks, execute trades and review performance within user-defined margin, leverage and position limits. Unlike traditional black-box trading bots, Maneki records and explains why an agent opens, adjusts, closes or avoids a position, while code-enforced controls prevent the AI from exceeding the user’s risk boundaries.
On Injective, Maneki has already launched an INJ-powered payment and billing system that includes INJ deposits, on-chain transaction verification, credit issuance, user credit ledgers, an operations dashboard and model-specific AI pricing. This allows users to pay with INJ for real AI services such as market analysis, trading decisions and post-trade reviews. Trade execution currently runs primarily through Hyperliquid, while integration with the PerpDEX on Injective is planned after it officially launches and meets Maneki’s stability, liquidity and risk-control requirements. In the future, Maneki plans to convert only the portion of INJ required to cover AI, data and infrastructure costs, while retaining and staking the remaining platform revenue through Injective.
2nd Place: AlphaPal

AlphaPal is an AI Agent commerce platform built on Injective and powered by MyPal. Injective provides the high-performance execution and settlement layer, while MyPal delivers global card issuing, payment accounts, and real-world payment infrastructure. Built on top of these capabilities, AlphaPal enables AI Agents to autonomously execute tasks, procure services, automate payments, and participate in real-world commerce.
By bridging the Injective ecosystem with the emerging AI Agent economy, AlphaPal creates a seamless connection between on‑chain financial infrastructure and practical, everyday commercial activity that can be accessed and managed entirely by autonomous agents.
3rd Place: OlaXBT

OlaXBT introduces the Desk‑Side AI Work Buddy, a physical hardware device that brings autonomous agentic intelligence directly into the user’s workspace. The device acts as a physical gateway to a decentralized AI application marketplace, bridging local ambient compute, real‑time intelligence, and human wellbeing.
Through a strategic integration with Injective, OlaXBT is expanding from its established presence on BNB Smart Chain, where it already serves over 100,000 daily active users. Traders can link their autonomous Injective trading agents to the device, which serves as a dedicated physical enclave and notification hub for agents executing strategies across Injective's native order books. The hardware platform is open and expandable, hosting applications such as real‑time market intelligence, multi‑agent risk modeling, and cognitive health monitoring, with a pipeline of third‑party agentic applications to follow.
A New Chapter for AI and Web3
With the conclusion of the Injective Nova Program, the first cohort has laid a strong foundation for the future of AI and Web3 integration. The selected teams will continue to receive incubation support, technical resources, and ecosystem connections from Injective, Microsoft, and Web3Labs.
Looking ahead, the program is set to become a recurring initiative that identifies and accelerates the most promising builders across the globe. The success of this first edition shows that the demand for AI native Web3 development is only growing, and Injective is positioned at the center of this movement.
